Day 1: Almaty  
Welcome to Kazakhstan! You will be met by your guide and driver at the airport. The first day of your tour will start from the guided tour in Almaty. In order to feel the local atmosphere you will visit the Green Bazaar. The next interesting site of the city is Panfilov Park. Here the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame and wooden Zenkov Cathedral are located. You will be amazed by the unique architecture of this building. The next destination will be Medeo Gorge, which is famous for the highest mountain skating rink in the world and the dam. Then you will see the highest (above sea level) TV tower, which is located on the top of Kok-Tobe hill. You will be free to explore the amazing paths of Kok-Tobe Park and after that we will return to the city by the Almaty cableway. You will spend the night in the hotel. 

Day 2: Almaty – Kaindy   
At 8:00 we will start driving to wonderful Kolsai Lakes. The distance from Almaty to Saty village is 300 kilometers, so the road will take about 5-6 hours. On the way you will visit a local market. After arrival to Saty you will be taken to the comfortable guesthouse, where you will spend the next two nights.  In order to drive along the mountain road to Kaindy Lake we will change cars on AWD local cars – “UAZ” or “PAZ”. Kaindy Lake is translated as “Birch Lake”. It is surrounded by pine forest and situated at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. It appeared in 1911 as a result of landslide that formed the natural dam. The water has flooded the valley, so now the lake is famous for its fabulous underwater forest. At the end of the day we will return to the guesthouse.

Day 3: Kaindy – Kolsai
Kolsai Lakes are also known as the "Pearls of the Northern Tien-Shan". The largest lake is located at an altitude of 1818 meters above sea level and it is considered the most popular for travelers. It attracts with its fabulous beauty and azure water. The water is so clean that the lake is a home for some species of fish including a rainbow trout. In this area it is possible to see animals such as marals, mountain goats, wolves and even bears. Upon arrive to Kolsay-3 Lake the guide will give you an instruction for trekking tour. The way goes along the shore of the lake and then through the pine forest, alpine meadows. You will also see the mountain river flowing all the way down from Kolsai-2 Lake. You will walk around 7 kilometers. Usually it takes 3-3.5 hours one way. The tour continues with rising at an altitude of 2250 meters above sea level. The trekking tour is not difficult, it is possible for any healthy person. After you will reach the lake, you will have a picnic and then some free time to relax physically and enjoy the fantastic view of the lake and its surroundings. In the afternoon you will return to Kolsai-3 Lake and then the transfer will take you to Saty village.

Day 4: Kolsai – Charyn – Kegen border 
After an early breakfast we will head to Charyn Canyon. We will drive about 2 hours on a comfortable car or minivan. On the way there will be the local museum of traditional decorative and applied arts and crafts. In order to indulge in local culture and lifestyle, you will have a lunch at the local café. After arrival to Charyn Canyon you will be amazed by the grandeur of that place. On the top you will see the fantastic panoramic view! If you want, you can also go to the bottom of canyon and explore the maze of Castles Valley with its wide walls of different shapes. Then you will relax at a nice summer café. You will also see several traditional nomadic dwellings – yurts. After an excursion you will be transferred to Kegen border.
